What to Bring

1. Cashiers check payable to the party conducting the closing or wire transfer for down payment plus closing costs funds. **Please contact your Escrow Officer for total amounts due.
2. Valid photo proof of identity – e.g. U.S. Government Issued Passport or State Issued Driver's License. **Please contact your Escrow Officer for possible additional acceptable forms of photo identification.
3. If you live in a community property state and have a spouse, both you and your spouse typically are required to sign the documents at closing.
